Refund Policy

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for a return and send the correct product at no additional cost.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply.

Non-refundable Items

Some items may not be eligible for a refund, including:

  • Downloadable software or digital goods
